Understand the fit before you choose.

An external support sits across the nose using adhesive tabs. Compare kit and refill options, and check the fitting and suitability information for your selected pack.

Not a treatment for sleep apnoea or a replacement for prescribed care.

Give nasal breathing a little more room with an external support that sits across the nose. This system uses an arched support strip attached to adhesive tabs on either side, gently lifting the sides of the nose. Choose a kit to get started or the 60 Patchs option for replacement adhesive tabs only; the refill does not include the support strips.

How to use

  • Read the pack instructions and check that this type of nasal support is suitable for you.
  • Clean and dry the application area.
  • Apply an adhesive tab to each side of the nose as illustrated on the pack.
  • Attach the support strip to both tabs, following the supplied fitting instructions.
  • Remove gently and stop use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
  • Seek medical advice for persistent snoring, gasping or pauses in breathing during sleep.
